Do I own the website?
On a one-time build, yes: you own the site and the code from day one. On the Site Subscription, your domain is in your name from day one and the site is yours after month 12.
Can you improve or maintain a site I already have?
Yes. That is the usual start — fix what is broken, update what is stale, and keep it maintained without you chasing it.
Do you only work in Hampton Roads?
