High Power Technical Solutions LLC (“High Power,” “we,” “us”) is a Hampton Roads, Virginia business. We build and host custom websites, keep them updated, and provide managed outreach-desk support so local business owners can review and approve work, receive status updates, and get timely operational reminders.
Your website stays yours; High Power hosts and keeps it updated.
2. What we collect
Depending on how you work with us, we may collect:
- Contact information: Name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing or service address you share with us.
- Website and project information: Content, logos, copy, photos, update requests, hosting notes, and server logs needed to build, maintain, and secure your site.
- SMS consent records: When you opt in on our web consent form (or other written opt-in), we record your business name, contact name, mobile number, email address, explicit consent selection, optional notes, and server-side timestamp in America/New_York (along with technical verification such as IP address and user-agent when available).
- Desk messages: Texts sent or received on our dedicated desk number (+1 (757) 571-8971) for client communication — including approvals, status updates, and reminders. Message content is used solely to serve the specific client account.
- Technical logs: Standard server and edge delivery logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and HTTP status codes) required to operate, defend, and diagnose highpower.tech. We do not sell tracking profiles or run third-party advertising trackers on our legal pages.
Password security: We do not ask for your email passwords or private account credentials through public web forms. You keep full ownership and administrative control of your domain registrar and mailbox.
3. How we use it
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule discovery chats, and prepare fixed-price proposals.
- Design, engineer, host, update, and protect client websites.
- Operate named outreach-desk services you have requested — delivering drafts for approval, status updates, and milestone reminders.
- Send SMS text messages only when you have explicitly opted in, strictly for desk communications — never as a marketing blast list.
- Maintain required financial, billing, operational, and carrier regulatory compliance records (including A2P consent logs).
- Detect, prevent, and remediate technical faults, security threats, or platform abuse.

If you opt in on our SMS consent page, High Power Technical Solutions may send SMS text messages from our desk number to the mobile number you provided.

Frequency & rates: Message frequency varies based on active project status. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your hosting or website maintenance agreement; it simply discontinues text notifications to that mobile number. We do not sell, rent, or lease your phone number to third parties, nor do we use your SMS consent for unrelated marketing.

6. Retention
We retain client contact information, project repositories, billing records, SMS consent documentation, and desk communication archives for the duration of the active client relationship and for as long as required to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and carrier regulatory obligations. When information is no longer necessary for these operational or legal purposes, it is securely deleted or de-identified in the normal course of business.
7. Your choices and rights
You have full control over your information:

- Update contact details: Email us to update your business name, billing email, or notification phone number.

8. Security
We implement administrative and technical security measures appropriate for a dedicated web engineering studio, including encrypted HTTPS transmission, zero storage of passwords in plain text, role-based access controls, and reputable cloud infrastructure. While no electronic transmission or digital storage method is 100% impenetrable, we actively monitor and protect client assets against unauthorized access.
9. Children
Our website, tools, and services are strictly intended for businesses and working adults. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you become aware that a child has submitted personal details, contact us immediately and we will promptly purge the data.
